CIVIL ENGINEER

Position: Civil Engineer – Amusement Park

Location: A-2, Sector 38 A, Noida (UP)

Nearest Metro: Sector 18 Metro Station (Near GIP Mall)

Salary: ₹45,000 – ₹50,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Civil Engineer to manage civil maintenance, repair, renovation, finishing and infrastructure-related activities across an amusement/water park facility.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all civil structures, guest areas and supporting infrastructure remain safe, functional and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day civil maintenance and repair activities across the park.
- Handle maintenance of buildings, floors, walls, roofs, pathways, stairs, ramps and other civil structures.
- Coordinate and supervise plumbing, masonry, painting, waterproofing, tiling and finishing work.
- Identify and resolve issues related to water leakage, seepage, cracks, damaged flooring and drainage.
- Monitor and maintain water-park areas, pool surroundings, changing rooms, washrooms and other guest facilities.
- Take site measurements and prepare basic BOQs, material estimates and work requirements.
- Read and prepare basic AutoCAD drawings/layouts for repair, modification and development work.
- Supervise contractors, vendors and maintenance teams to ensure timely completion of work.
- Manage and coordinate teams of masons, plumbers, painters, carpenters and helpers.
- Inspect completed work and ensure proper quality, finishing and safety standards.
- Plan preventive maintenance and identify potential civil-related issues before they become major problems.




- Coordinate with Electrical, Mechanical, Operations and Maintenance teams for smooth park operations.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, materials, work progress and contractor performance.
- Support renovation, modification and small-scale construction projects within the park.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Civil Maintenance & Building Maintenance
- Knowledge of plumbing, drainage, waterproofing, painting and finishing work
- Good understanding of construction materials and repair techniques
- Ability to supervise contractors and labour teams
- Knowledge of AutoCAD
- Basic knowledge of BOQ, estimation and quantity measurement
- Positive site-management and problem-solving skills
- Strong focus on safety, quality and timely execution

Qualification & Experience

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering

Experience: 2–5 years preferred

Candidates with experience in Amusement Parks, Water Parks, Hotels, Malls, Commercial Buildings, Facility Management or large-scale property maintenance will be preferred.
