Role Description The Civil Engineer will work on-site in Hosur in a full-time capacity, collaborating with architects to implement civil engineering solutions for various projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include regular site visits, report preparation based on visits, preparing civil engineering designs, drawings, and specifications; supporting site planning and layout. The role involves reviewing plans for compliance with standards, and maintaining site in regulation with the design progress.

The Civil

Engineer will participate in regular site visits, monitor construction progress, address technical issues, and communicate with principal architect and internal teams, contractors, and clients as needed.



The position also includes contributing to project documentation, quality assurance, and the continuous improvement of design processes.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
- 0 - 1 Years of Experience working as Civil Engineers on site planning, layout, and coordination with multidisciplinary design teams. Freshers who are ready to learn will also be preferred.
- Must have the ability to review and cross verify drawings with live site and have basic knowledge of site and construction process.
- Robust skills in Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering fundamentals, with the ability to apply them to architectural and infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in Planning related to land development, grading, and infrastructure, with attention to regulations and site constraints.
- Ability to read and prepare engineering drawings and use relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, civil design tools).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and safety standards.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively on-site in Hosur with diverse project stakeholders.
