Conduct land and plot surveys using Total Station, GPS, Auto Level, and other surveying equipment. Mark plot boundaries, road alignments, and layout measurements on site.

Verify FMB sketches, land records, survey documents, and field measurements. Prepare AutoCAD drawings, survey maps, and technical reports.

Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and government survey officials.

Assist in DTCP approval processes and maintain all related documentation.

Prepare, submit, and track DTCP/layout approval applications and supporting documents.

Verify land ownership records, patta, chitta, FMB sketches, and other statutory documents required for approvals.

Ensure measurements and site developments comply with approved layout plans and regulatory requirements.

Maintain accurate survey records, site data, and project documentation. Conduct field inspections and provide survey support for ongoing projects.

Travel to project sites across Salem district and nearby locations as required.
