We are looking for an experienced Civil Construction Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end execution of large-scale civil construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, site execution, scheduling, cost control, quality, safety, contractor management, procurement coordination and timely project completion.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in industrial construction, warehouses, RCC structures, PEB, infrastructure or large-scale civil projects.

Role & responsibilities

- Take complete ownership of project execution from mobilization to completion and handover.
- Prepare and monitor Project Execution Plan, Master Schedule, Construction Schedule and Gantt/CPM schedules.
- Manage site execution of excavation, foundation, PCC, RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, waterproofing, flooring, roofing and finishing works.
- Monitor planned vs. actual progress, identify delays and implement recovery plans.
- Manage civil contractors, subcontractors, engineers, supervisors, manpower and equipment.
- Monitor project cost, BOQ, quantities, measurements, RA Bills, variations and additional works.
- Coordinate with Client, Consultants, Architects, Structural, MEP, QA/QC, HSE, Procurement and Planning teams.
- Review civil/structural drawings, shop drawings, specifications, method statements and RFIs.
- Ensure compliance with QA/QC plans, ITP, specifications and construction standards.
- Monitor quality, material testing, NCR closure, rework and construction standards.
- Ensure strict compliance with HSE requirements, PPE, work permits, excavation, lifting, scaffolding and work-at-height safety.
- Plan material requirements and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of critical materials.




- Monitor material consumption, wastage, productivity and equipment utilization.
- Conduct regular daily/weekly/monthly project review meetings and prepare DPR/WPR/MPR reports.
- Maintain project documentation including BOQ, RFI, Drawing Register, NCR Register, Inspection Records, Measurement Sheets, Variation Statements, As-Built Drawings and Handover Documents.
- Lead and mentor the project/site team and ensure achievement of schedule, cost, quality and safety targets.

Required Experience & Skills

- 7-10 years of experience in civil construction/project management.
- Strong experience in large-scale construction and industrial projects.
- Experience in Warehouse / RCC / PEB / Infrastructure / Industrial Buildings will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of RCC construction, foundations, reinforcement, BBS, shuttering/formwork, waterproofing, masonry and finishing works.
- Knowledge of PEB, structural steel, industrial flooring and underground structures will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of BOQ, quantity estimation, rate analysis, measurements, RA Bills and cost control.
- Valuable knowledge of QA/QC, ITP, HSE and construction safety.
- Strong contractor/subcontractor management and team leadership skills.
- Excellent planning, coordination, problem-solving, decision-making and communication skills.

Location: Project Sites (North -East India) Experience: 7-10 Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech Civil Engineering
