Role Description The City Launcher internship role at Copicod is an on-site position based in Solapur. In this role, the intern will help identify and onboard local businesses, introduce them to the Copicod platform, and support them in listing attractive deals and discounts.

The City

Launcher will conduct market research in Solapur, build relationships with merchants, and collaborate with the internal team to improve offer visibility and user engagement in the city. Daily activities include visiting local stores, explaining Copicod’s value proposition, collecting deal information,



and providing feedback on city-specific trends and user behavior. The intern will also assist with promotional efforts and basic reporting to track growth and performance in the Solapur market.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with local businesses and potential partners.
- Basic understanding of marketing, sales, or business development concepts, ideally with interest in digital platforms or apps.
- Ability to conduct on-ground market research, gather insights, and provide clear, structured feedback.
- Comfort with using mobile apps and common productivity tools, and willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in an in office, field-oriented environment.
- Fluency in English and local languages spoken in Solapur; strong presentation skills are an advantage.
- Enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous internship or project experience involving local outreach, event coordination, or customer interaction is beneficial.
