Key Responsibilities

- As Head of Home Loan team, you will be leading Home Loan teams in Mumbai and other cities.

- Team will comprise of Managers, Team leaders and HLAs, over all team size is 30-40 members.

- Tie-up Banks and working on various developer scheme to increase sales

- Lead & Supervise HL team and drive the team to achieve business targets

- Guide and achieve high productivity and profitability for team
- To Formulate strategies to ensure maximum penetration of the desired customer segments at key customer touch points Increase Bank distribution channel by empaneling more banks and NBFCs so that customer gets a wide variety of options as per his requirement.

- Ensure key relationship servicing thru team (developers, banks)





- Lead and supervise teams for Loan sourcing, processing and disbursements. Encourage cross sales by engaging the team to generate leads and references from existing client

- Ideal candidate to have relevant experience in banks, DSA leading a team of Home Loans working with Banks, DSA and agents.

- Candidate to have high team management skills, high acumen to maximise revenue and process orientation to improve efficiency.

- Candidate will be part of senior management and hence a self driven person with high performance track and ability to grow in larger roles.
