- Assist the Chinese Chef and Commis 1 in daily kitchen operations.

- Prepare and cut vegetables, meat, seafood, and other ingredients.

- Perform basic cooking tasks such as blanching, boiling, steaming, frying, and stir-frying.

- Prepare sauces, marinades, stocks, and basic Chinese ingredients according to recipes.

- Maintain proper mise en place before service.

- Follow standard recipes, portion sizes, and presentation guidelines.

- Keep the kitchen, workstations, equipment, and utensils clean and sanitized.

- Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards.

- Store food items properly and check the quality and freshness of ingredients.

- Assist with receiving and organizing kitchen supplies.





- Minimize food wastage and use ingredients efficiently.

- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.

- Follow instructions from the Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, or Chinese Chef.

- Ensure proper handling and storage of knives and kitchen equipment.

- Assist in stock counting and reporting shortages to the senior chef.

- Maintain discipline, teamwork, and a professional attitude in the kitchen.

Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹18,500.00 per month
