Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Location: Hyderabad, India.

Experience :18+ years of overall technology experience, with 8+ years in senior technology/architecture leadership roles

Reporting To: Chief Executive Officer.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly accomplished Technology Leader with a proven track record of scaling engineering organizations, building high-performing agile teams, and driving technology strategy, innovation, and engineering excellence.

The role will be responsible for defining and executing the company's long-term technology vision and roadmap, with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Agentic AI, Data & Analytics, Cloud, Enterprise Platforms, Digital Modernization, and Product/Platform Engineering.

The ideal candidate should combine deep hands-on technology expertise with strong business acumen, enabling the organization to translate emerging technologies into scalable products, differentiated solutions, operational efficiencies, and new revenue opportunities.

The role will also provide leadership across technology architecture, engineering, innovation, delivery excellence, technology partnerships, solution strategy, and client engagement, while building a high-performance global technology organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technology Strategy & Vision

- Define and execute the organization's technology vision, strategy, and multi-year technology roadmap aligned with corporate business objectives.
- Identify emerging technologies and assess their potential business impact.
- Establish technology priorities across AI/ML, GenAI, Agentic AI, data, cloud, enterprise integration, digital platforms,



automation, and software engineering.
- Drive technology modernization and establish scalable, secure, and cost-effective enterprise architectures.
- Act as the technology thought leader and strategic advisor to the CEO, executive leadership team, and key clients.

2. AI, GenAI & Data Strategy

- Lead the organization's AI and Generative AI strategy, identifying opportunities to embed AI into products, platforms, services, and internal operations.
- Establish enterprise capabilities around LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, NLP, machine learning, AI automation, and AI-powered applications.
- Drive the development of reusable AI accelerators, frameworks, platforms, and intellectual property.
- Build an AI Centre of Excellence and foster an innovation-driven engineering culture.

3. Engineering & Product/Platform Development

- Establish engineering standards, architecture principles, development methodologies, and technology governance.
- Drive product/platform engineering capabilities and reusable technology assets.
- Improve engineering productivity, quality, scalability, automation, and time-to-market.

6. Client & Business Leadership

- Partner closely with Sales, Presales, Delivery, Product, and Business Development teams.
- Provide technology leadership for large and strategic client opportunities.
- Develop differentiated technology propositions that improve win rates, deal velocity, customer value, and revenue growth.
- Support the organization in developing current technology-led services and revenue streams.
