Compensation: ₹42–48 lakh fixed + performance-linked variable incentive

The Opportunity

Our client is a professionally managed hospitality ownership group looking for an exceptionally seasoned hospitality qualified to act as the Owner’s principal operating partner and right hand for the hospitality division. This is an entrepreneurial, performance-led mandate requiring deep, hands-on hotel operating experience combined with a strong understanding of hospitality asset management, commercial strategy, financial performance, and owner-side decision-making.

Role Mandate & Key Responsibilities

- Operational Excellence: Improve total revenue, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, GOP, and EBITDA across the existing portfolio. Establish a culture of disciplined, accountable, and commercially intelligent hotel operations.
- Owner Representation: Serve as the principal interface between ownership and the operating organisation,



translating the Promoters' vision into executable operating strategies.
- Commercial & Revenue Performance: Review market positioning, optimize distribution channels, and develop property-specific revenue improvement plans to translate commercial strategies into measurable P&L; outcomes.
- Asset Management: Conduct physical asset inspections, oversee preventive maintenance, and manage CAPEX/refurbishment planning to protect and enhance long-term asset value.
- Performance Management: Establish a rigorous monthly performance dashboard tracking commercial, financial, and operational KPIs.
- Project Development: Provide operational inputs during design development and layout planning for the group's pipeline projects to ensure long-term commercial viability.

Candidate Profile

- 20–25+ years of substantial hotel operating experience with multi-property leadership and significant P&L; ownership.
- Proven track record in GOP/EBITDA improvement, revenue growth, and hands-on asset management.
- Experience interacting closely with hotel owners/promoters.

- - A Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Business Administration is required; an MBA/PGDM is advantageous.
