:The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is responsible for managing and overseeing the overall operations of Zoi Hospitals. The role ensures that hospital operations, quality standards, business performance and growth initiatives are executed effectively in line with the organization’s vision and strategy. The COO works closely with the CEO and leads key functional and business heads to ensure smooth and effective functioning of the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the business units of the organization in line with the strategic direction set by the Director.
- Translate business strategy into executable operational plans across all business units and functions.
- Drive operational efficiency, productivity, and profitability across the organization.
- Oversee the performance of all Business Unit Heads to ensure achievement of revenue, margin, and operational targets.
- Provide leadership and direction to Corporate Sales, Marketing & Branding teams to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Oversee quality standards, compliance requirements and continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and operational performance reviews. Drive process improvements, system enhancements and operational scalability initiatives.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks while ensuring strong governance and controls.
- Support new business initiatives, partnerships and growth opportunities.
- Build, mentor and retain a high-performing leadership team.
- Act as a key advisor to the Directors on Talent acquisition and business expansion
