About the Role

We are looking for an experienced business leader who has previously built or scaled a successful outsourcing, IT services, BPM, staffing, or global services organization.

This role is not about managing day-to-day operations.

We are looking for someone who has already been through the journey of building a global services business and can help us accelerate ours.

You will work directly with the Founder/Partner as a strategic partner, bringing industry expertise, commercial insight, leadership experience, and a network that helps open new opportunities.

Responsibilities

- Define the company's long-term growth strategy.
- Identify new markets, service offerings, and revenue opportunities.
- Help position JaincoTech for larger enterprise clients.




- Mentor and build the next layer of leadership.
- Improve organizational structure and scalability.
- Build strategic partnerships and alliances.
- Strengthen sales strategy and enterprise relationships.
- Support major client acquisition and key account growth.
- Drive operational maturity, governance, and business excellence.
- Bring best practices from previous organizations.
- Represent JaincoTech in meetings, conferences, and strategic discussions.

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who has:

- 15+ years of leadership experience.
- Built or scaled a global outsourcing, BPO, IT Services, ERP, Staffing, or Consulting company.
- Worked directly with US or international clients.
- Strong commercial and strategic thinking.
- Existing CXO-level relationships and industry network.
- Experience growing service organizations from early-stage to mature businesses.
- Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a builder mentality.
