HIRING | CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER (CFO) | DELHI

We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy, governance, and performance of a growing technology services organization.

If you bring 15+ years of experience and have strong expertise in financial leadership, project-based businesses, commercial management, cash flow, risk management, and strategic planning, this could be an excellent leadership opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy aligned with business objectives
- Partner with the CEO and leadership team on strategic decision-making
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting & long-term financial planning
- Monitor Revenue, Gross Margins, EBITDA & profitability across business units
- Develop financial dashboards, MIS and business KPIs
- Analyse project profitability and resource utilization
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements
- Oversee statutory audits, taxation, compliance & regulatory reporting
- Ensure adherence to applicable accounting standards and financial governance
- Optimize working capital, cash flow and treasury operations
- Manage banking relationships and funding requirements
- Oversee collections, vendor payments and cash management




- Establish strong internal controls and enterprise risk management
- Monitor contractual, operational and cybersecurity-related financial risks
- Support sales teams with commercial reviews, pricing and deal structuring
- Evaluate pricing strategies and bid profitability
- Support M&A;, partnerships and strategic investments
- Build, mentor and lead a high-performing finance team
- Drive finance automation, process improvement and ERP optimization

What We’re Looking For 15+ years of progressive experience in Finance, preferably with technology services / IT / project-based businesses

Strong understanding of P&L;, cash flow, EBITDA, working capital and business profitability

Experience in commercial contracts, pricing and deal evaluation

Solid knowledge of statutory compliance, taxation, audits and financial governance

Strategic mindset with strong business partnering capabilities

Experience in ERP implementation/optimization and finance automation

Strong leadership, analytical and stakeholder management skills
