Role Description The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will lead the finance function and provide strategic financial guidance to support the company’s growth and profitability. This full time, on-site role is based in Ahmedabad and includes oversight of budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial controls. The CFO will supervise the preparation and analysis of financial statements and reports, ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements, and manage relationships with auditors, banks, and financial institutions.

Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring financial performance, optimizing capital structure, supporting investment decisions, and partnering with leadership on long-term business strategy,



risk management, and cost optimization.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Finance and Financial Planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and capital allocation.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting, with the ability to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance with relevant standards.
- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret financial data, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making.
- Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, CMA in Finance is highly preferred.
- Significant leadership experience in corporate finance, ideally within manufacturing or related industries.
- Demonstrated experience in treasury management, taxation, internal controls, and risk management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment in Ahmedabad and to drive process improvements and financial discipline.
