OPEX optimisation, cost controls and operational efficiency . Drive cost optimisation, profitability improvement and financial efficiency. Ensure robust financial controls, governance, statutory compliance and risk management .



Oversee taxation, GST, audits and regulatory requirements. Provide strategic financial insights to the

MD/CEO and Board . Partner with business and operations teams on commercial and financial decisions. Manage relationships with banks, investors, auditors, regulators and other key stakeholders . Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing Finance team. Candidate Profile CA qualification is mandatory. 18–25 years of overall experience, with significant experience in senior Finance leadership roles. Candidates from

Logistics, Ports, Maritime, Shipping, EPC, Infrastructure, Construction or Terminals preferred. Robust experience in asset-heavy/project-driven businesses . Experience in managing large-scale P&L; and financial operations. Should have worked closely with

MD/CEO/Board and handled senior stakeholder relationships. Strong commercial orientation, strategic thinking and leadership capabilities
