Experience: 5 to 15 Years

Compensation: ₹35,000 - ₹1,50,000 + per month + Performance Incentives

Roxyment Group is a diversified business group operating in Financial Services, Lending & Investments. We are scaling rapidly from our head office in Indore and looking for a visionary CFO to lead our financial journey.

Role Overview

The CFO will be responsible for the overall financial strategy, compliance, funding, and leadership of the finance function for the entire group.

Key Responsibilities

- Financial Leadership: Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management for the group.
- Accounting & Finalization: Oversee finalization of books, P&L;, Balance Sheet, and MIS reporting across all branches.
- Compliance & Taxation: Ensure 100% compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and handle Internal & Statutory Audits.
- Fundraising & Banking: Prepare CMA Data, Project Reports, and DPRs for bank loans,



CC limits, and investor funding. Manage relationships with banks and NBFCs in Indore.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of 5-10 accountants and finance executives.
- Risk & Cost Control: Implement financial controls, risk management, and cost optimization strategies.

Candidate Profile

- Qualification: CA / CA Inter / MBA (Finance) / M.Com - CA Preferred
- Experience: Minimum 5 years as Finance Manager, AGM Finance, Head of Finance, or CFO in an NBFC, Fintech, or Group Company.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in Advanced Excel, Tally Prime, Zoho Books, GST, and Financial Modelling is mandatory.
- Location: Must be based in Indore or willing to relocate to Indore immediately.

Salary Structure

- 5-7 Years Exp: ₹35k - ₹60k
- 7-12 Years Exp: ₹60k - ₹1 Lakh
- 12+ Years Exp (CA): ₹1 Lakh - ₹2 Lakh To Apply:
