Chief Financial OfficerRole Description

We are seeking a strategic and commercially minded Chief Financial Officer to lead the organization’s financial strategy and support sustainable business growth. The CFO will oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash flow management, risk management, and financial governance. This role will provide senior leadership with actionable financial insights, strengthen financial controls, and support long-term strategic planning and investment decisions.

The ideal candidate will work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance, improve operational efficiency, and ensure financial transparency and compliance.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Robust knowledge of corporate finance,



financial reporting, accounting principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Excellent understanding of financial controls, risk management, compliance, and corporate governance.
- Strong analytical, strategic-thinking, and decision-making capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and financial management systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex financial data into clear business insights and strategic recommendations.
- Professional qualifications such as CPA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent are highly desirable.
