Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the company's financial operations, strategy, planning, compliance, and risk management. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, financial expertise, business acumen, and experience managing finance teams and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and cost management.
- Manage treasury, cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.
- Oversee financial reporting and present financial performance to the Board and management.
- Manage tax planning and ensure statutory and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee ROC, legal, and corporate compliance requirements.
- Lead internal audits, financial due diligence, and risk management activities.
- Evaluate and support M&A;, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic investments.
- Establish and strengthen internal financial controls.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing finance team.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth.
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, investors, consultants, and other stakeholders.

Requirements
- 15–20 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts, including senior leadership experience.
- CA / CS qualification preferred.
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance, taxation, compliance, and financial management.
- Proven experience managing and developing finance teams.
- Solid negotiation and business development skills.
- Excellent financial and commercial understanding.
- Strong professional network in banking and financial sectors.
- Smart, organized, proactive, and execution-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Salary ₹2,33,000 – ₹2,50,000 per month

Salary will be based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and suitability for the role.
