Role Purpose The Chief of Staff will serve as a strategic partner to Business Leaders, driving execution of key business priorities, transformation initiatives, and enterprise-wide programs. The role will ensure alignment across functions, accelerate decision-making, establish robust governance mechanisms, and drive operational excellence to deliver sustainable business growth and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

- Partner with Business Leaders to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
- Drive execution of business-critical initiatives across functions and geographies.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery of key objectives.
- Support annual business planning, strategic reviews, and growth initiatives.

Cross-Functional Leadership

- Lead and coordinate high-impact initiatives involving Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, EHS, and R&D.;
- Ensure alignment and collaboration among diverse stakeholder groups.
- Drive accountability and execution excellence across teams.

Program & Project Management

- Manage strategic and transformation projects from concept to implementation.
- Establish project governance, milestones, dashboards, and review mechanisms.
- Track outcomes and ensure realization of business benefits.

Business Governance & Performance Management

- Develop leadership dashboards and performance scorecards.




- Drive Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews and leadership governance forums.
- Monitor operational and business KPIs, highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Ensure closure of key action items and leadership decisions.

Operational Excellence & Transformation

- Identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost performance.
- Drive continuous improvement and business transformation initiatives.
- Support implementation of digital solutions, process enhancements, and operating model changes.

Problem Solving & Decision Support

- Anticipate business challenges and proactively drive resolution.
- Conduct analysis and provide data-driven recommendations to Business Leaders.
- Act as a trusted advisor in evaluating strategic opportunities and business risks.

Stakeholder & Relationship Management

- Act as a central coordination point between Business Leaders and functional teams.
- Build solid relationships across the organization to facilitate execution.
- Collaborate with external consultants, partners, and service providers on strategic initiatives.

Education & Experience

- MBA / PGDM from a reputed institution preferred.
- Degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Management, or related discipline.
- 5-10 years of experience in Strategy, Business Transformation, Consulting, Project Management, Operations Excellence, or Leadership Office roles.
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or related industries preferred.
