Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead a INR 200 Cr EPC business. The CEO will be responsible for overall business growth, profitability, project execution, operational excellence, and building a strong organisation for the next phase of expansion.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive the overall P&L;, business strategy, revenue growth and profitability of the organisation.
- Lead end-to-end EPC operations including business development, bidding, project execution, procurement, contracts and commercial functions.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with key clients, consultants, government authorities, partners and vendors.
- Drive order book growth through strategic business development, tendering and current market opportunities.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective project execution with strong focus on quality, safety, timelines and margins.
- Oversee project financials, working capital, cash flows,



contractual risks and claims.
- Build and lead a high-performing leadership team and strengthen organisational processes and governance.
- Identify opportunities for geographical expansion, new segments and strategic partnerships.
- Provide regular business performance updates to the Board/Promoters and drive execution of strategic priorities.

Ideal Candidate

- 18–25+ years of experience, with significant leadership experience in the EPC / Infrastructure / Construction sector.
- Proven track record of managing a ₹200 Cr+ business/P&L; and delivering profitable growth.
- Strong exposure to project execution, tendering, contracts, commercial management and business development.
- Demonstrated ability to build client relationships and develop a sustainable order book.
- Strong commercial acumen, leadership capability and strategic orientation.
- Experience working directly with Promoters/Board/Investors will be preferred.
