Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi for a Channel Partner Landscape Designer and Landscape Designer Architect (PAN INDIA) at Wavebloom. The role involves designing and supervising landscape and balcony projects for residential, commercial, and high-rise properties, ensuring alignment with Wavebloom’s aesthetic and ecological principles. The professional will develop concept plans, planting schemes, and hardscape layouts, collaborate with architects, contractors, and channel partners, and translate client requirements into practical, scalable design solutions across India.

Daily responsibilities include site visits, measurements, feasibility assessments,



preparation of drawings and 3D visualizations, and coordination of materials such as FRP planters and other landscape elements. The role also includes supporting channel partners with design guidance, maintaining design standards, and overseeing project execution to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Landscape Design and Landscaping, with experience in residential, commercial, and balcony-focused projects.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Landscape Architecture, including concept development, spatial planning, and integration with structural and architectural elements.
- Candidates should possess skills in Hardscape design, covering pathways, decks, planters, outdoor structures, and material selection suited to urban environments.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Planting Plans, including plant selection for wide-ranging micro-climates, maintenance considerations, and visual composition.
- Degree or diploma in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Urban Design, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to read and produce architectural drawings, 2D plans, and 3D visualizations using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar).
- Strong site coordination skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects across different locations.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, channel partners, contractors, and internal teams.
