Role Description The Chat Process Executive will handle real-time text-based interactions with candidates and clients, providing prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to queries. This full-time role involves managing multiple chat windows, documenting interactions in internal systems, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams when needed.

The individual will collaborate closely with customer support, operations,



and talent teams to ensure seamless communication and a positive experience for all stakeholders.

Responsibilities include following defined workflows, adhering to quality and response-time standards, and suggesting improvements to chat processes and knowledge bases. This is an in office role based in Salem, requiring consistent presence at the office and alignment with scheduled shifts.

Qualifications

- Strong written communication skills, including clear, concise chat writing and professional email etiquette.
- Customer support and service-oriented skills, with the ability to handle inquiries patiently and resolve issues effectively.
- Basic technical proficiency, including comfort with chat platforms, CRM tools, and office productivity software.
- Relevant educational background, such as a high school diploma or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience in customer service or BPO/chat process roles.
- Flexibility to work scheduled shifts, including evenings or weekends if required, and commitment to on-site work in Salem.
