We are looking for IT Customer Support Executives to join a US-based company and handle customer support through a chat-based process. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, good typing ability, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate support through chat.
