Responsible for looking after overall accounting & finances and cashflow Management of the company & its group and reporting it to Managing Director.
Responsible for preparing and filing income tax & GSTR returns, analysis and documentation for both direct and indirect taxation. Also Responsible for Review and availment of Input tax credit under GST Act.
Responsible for reply of show cause notices and attend hearings. Also responsible for closure of Indirect tax Assessment of VAT.
Responsible for filing of all the compliances of the company like GST, TDS, Income Tax Return, ROC Compliances Also responsible for preparing projected report & analysis of the variances with regards to it.
Responsible for preparing of CMA Data & also providing necessary guidance relating to financial ratios. Conducting GST Audit of the company & Liaising with department.
Responsible for SAP B1 ERP implementation in the company
Preparing Income Tax & TDS/TCS returns & filing of returns and related compliances of the companies, firms, NBFCs, schools, trusts, individual.
Independently handling the Statutory Audit, Tax Audit & ROC Compliances of Corporate Entities, Manufacturing, Schools, NBFCs, Trust & Individual.
Preparing estimated & projected financials and project reports with reference to renewal & sanctioning of loans and handling and solving queries relating to credit enquiries.
Assistance towards registration of Startup, MSMEs, Trademark & related compliances.
