Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chartered Accountant role based in Mangaluru.

The Chartered

Accountant will manage end-to-end accounting, statutory audits, tax planning and compliance for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements, tax returns, and audit reports, as well as supporting transaction readiness, RERA-related assignments, and real estate advisory projects. The role involves working closely with client leadership teams, acting as a strategic finance partner, providing insights on cash flow,



budgeting, and business performance.

The Chartered

Accountant will also contribute to process improvement, implementation of technology-driven finance tools, and training junior team members.

Qualifications

- Professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA); additional certifications in tax, audit, or finance are an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, financial reporting, and statutory audit practices.
- Experience in direct and indirect taxation, including compliance, planning, and filing of returns.
- Exposure to advisory, transaction support, Virtual CFO services, and finance transformation initiatives is preferred.
- Familiarity with RERA, real estate advisory, and regulatory frameworks relevant to client industries is beneficial.
- Proficiency in accounting and ERP software, advanced Excel skills, and comfort with technology-driven finance tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams, mentor junior members, and manage multiple client engagements and deadlines.
- Prior experience in a CA firm or consulting environment working with SMEs and growth-stage businesses is a plus.
