Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage and maintain accurate financial records and statements, including balance sheets and bank reconciliations.

- Prepare and review financial reports, such as balance sheets and accounts finalizations.

- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and standards, including IND AS and IND GAAP.

- Handle GST and TDS compliances and provide support to the team.

- Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements :

- Experience of share market and stock accounting is a must, including IND AS and IND GAAP

- Proficiency in Tally and other accounting software, along with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

- Familiarity with GST and TDS compliances is essential.
