Role Description The Chartered Accountant will work full time on-site in Noida, supporting the firm’s financial operations and advisory services. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing accounting and taxation matters, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory and reporting standards.

The role involves analyzing financial data, supporting audits,



and providing insights to improve financial performance and risk management for the firm and its clients.

The Chartered

Accountant will collaborate with internal teams on corporate finance, wealth management, and investment-related transactions, and contribute to accurate, timely, and transparent financial reporting.

Qualifications

- Professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA), with strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation laws, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, with the ability to interpret complex financial data for decision-making.
- Exposure to investment banking, corporate finance, or wealth management environments, preferably in equities, pre-IPO, or structured products.
- Proficiency in accounting and ERP software, spreadsheets, and financial reporting tools.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and capability to manage multiple assignments under deadlines.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Prior experience with audits, risk management, and internal controls is an advantage.
- Relevant work experience in financial services, treasury, or consulting roles will be beneficial.
