Role Description The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, including maintaining ledgers, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. The role involves overseeing bookkeeping activities, reviewing reconciliations, and monitoring cash flows to support accurate and timely financial reporting.

The Chartered

Accountant will support financial advisory engagements, assist with budgeting and forecasting,



and contribute to virtual CFO services by providing insights on performance and risk.

Responsibilities may also include participation in digital transformation initiatives, such as implementing new financial systems and optimizing processes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City, requiring regular collaboration with internal teams and clients.

Qualifications

- Strong accounting and bookkeeping skills, including ledger management, financial statement preparation, and reconciliations.
- Experience in financial advisory, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis.
- Knowledge of compliance, taxation, and applicable accounting standards and regulations.
- Ability to work with financial software and participate in digital transformation or system implementation projects.
- Chartered Accountant qualification (CA) with relevant professional certification and registration.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Prior experience in an advisory, consulting, or finance-focused firm is an advantage.
