Role Description The Chartered Accountant Intermediate Finance and Accounts Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mylapore. The role involves preparing, reviewing, and analyzing financial statements, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

The executive will manage day-to-day finance and accounts operations, including general ledger entries, reconciliations, payables, receivables, and support for budgeting and forecasting activities. The role also includes assisting in financial reporting,



coordinating with internal and external stakeholders such as auditors and banks, and contributing to process improvements within the finance function.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Finance and Analytical Skills to support decision-making and ensure accurate financial analysis.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to prepare, review, and present accurate financial information.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Accounting Software and related digital tools to manage daily accounting operations efficiently.
- Skilled qualification as Chartered Accountant (Intermediate or equivalent) with relevant experience in finance and accounts.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and statutory compliance applicable to real estate or related industries.
- Strong attention to detail, integrity, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
