Job Summary

At least 1 year of post-qualification experience in strategic finance, audit, advisory, or transaction services. Candidates will engage directly with promoters and senior management, seeking those who desire responsibility beyond routine tasks. Key qualifications include strong analytical skills, professional judgment, and comfort with client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and review day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.

- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports and management reports.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory compliances.
- Internal audits and monthly process controls




- IPO advisory and transaction support
- Financial Due Diligence (buy-side & sell-side)
- Growth strategy and promoter advisory
- Family office investment analysis and monitoring
- Financial modelling, MIS, and management reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical, logical and numerical abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to independently handle responsibilities and work within deadlines.
- Passionate, proactive and willing to take ownership of assigned tasks.
- Good interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills.
