CEO – Automotive Operations The CEO – Automotive Operations will lead the end‑to‑end automotive business in Bangalore, driving growth, profitability and operational excellence across exports, manufacturing, after‑sales and service center networks. The role requires strategic leadership, strong P&L; stewardship, revenue management, and OEM partnership management to deliver sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the strategic vision for automotive exports and domestic operations, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.

- Lead the after‑sales and service center network, optimizing service revenue and customer satisfaction.





- Drive operational excellence initiatives to improve efficiency, quality and cost control across all functions.

- Manage P&L; performance, setting financial targets, monitoring results and implementing corrective actions.

- Oversee revenue management and business growth strategies, identifying current market opportunities and product lines.

- Build and maintain strong OEM leadership relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

- Champion profitability initiatives, balancing investment in growth with cost discipline.

- Represent the company to stakeholders, investors, and regulatory bodies, maintaining a strong corporate reputation.
