Key Responsibilities: Conduct fitness assessments and understand members’ fitness goals Guide members with proper exercise techniques and workout plans Conduct personal training sessions Ensure members maintain proper form and exercise safely Motivate and support members throughout their fitness journey Maintain a professional and positive gym environment Requirements: Female candidates only Certified Fitness/Gym Trainer Good knowledge of strength training, weight loss and general fitness Good communication and interpersonal skills Previous gym/trainer experience preferred Passionate about fitness and helping women achieve their goals Compensation: ? ₹20,000 – ₹25,000/month ? 40% Personal Training Commission Full-time opportunity Growth opportunities ?
