Yana IVF & Fertility Centre* is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Centre Head to take complete ownership of centre operations, patient experience, business development and revenue growth.

Key Responsibiities

Manage complete day-to-day operations of the IVF Centre Drive patient footfall, IVF counselling, conversion and revenue targets Lead and manage centre teams across clinical and non-clinical departments Monitor the complete patient journey: Lead → Appointment → Consultation → Counselling → IVF Start Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals and referral partners Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Telecalling and Counselling teams Monitor centre-wise revenue, collections,



referrals and conversion performance Identify business opportunities and strengthen the centre's market presence Handle patient feedback and ensure excellent patient experience Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews and target assessments Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, patient safety and NABH requirements Prepare and present daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports to management

Candidate Profile

Bachelor's Degree in any disciplineMBA / Healthcare Management / Hospital Administration preferred 6–10 years of relevant experience IVF / Fertility / Hospital experience strongly preferred Proven experience in centre operations, team management and revenue targets Robust doctor relationship and business-development skills Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving abilities intersted candidate share resume to [email protected]/ (phone hidden)
