About the Role The Client Account Manager (CAM – ASP) will assist in managing financial operations, client accounts, and day-to-day accounting activities for assigned societies. This role involves preparing financial statements, maintaining transaction records, assisting with audits, and ensuring accurate reporting through accounting software. The candidate must possess robust accounting fundamentals, attention to detail, and the ability to manage client interactions effectively.

Responsibilities

- Assist in preparing financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.

- Maintain accurate financial records for accounts payable and receivable.

- Ensure timely data entry, reconciliations, and closure of monthly books.

- Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and variance reports.





- Assist in analyzing financial data to provide actionable insights.

- Collaborate with senior accountants during audits and financial reviews.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

- Utilize Tally, QuickBooks, or similar accounting software for financial tracking and reporting.

- Maintain updated records and support automation or process improvement initiatives.

- Serve as a point of contact for assigned clients regarding financial queries and reports.

- Ensure timely communication, billing support, and resolution of client issues.

- Maintain professional relationships with clients and internal teams for smooth operations.

- Client handling experience is mandatory.
