Roles and Responsibilities

- Drive admissions, enrolment, and revenue targets

- Convert enquiries through effective parent interactions and follow-ups

- Lead marketing, events, and community outreach to generate leads

- Manage day-to-day centre operations and academic delivery

- Build strong relationships with parents and families

- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team

- Use data, CRM, and creative strategies to improve centre performance

Who Can Apply

- 2-7 years of relevant experience in education, preschool, retail, or similar operations

- Robust sales, admissions, relationship management, and team leadership skills





- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Comfortable with Excel, CRM tools, and client-facing responsibilities

- Proactive, solution-oriented, and ownership-driven mindset

- Passion for education and working with children

- Open to candidates from any industry with a background in leadership, sales, operations, or client-facing roles (Centre Head, Branch Manager, Academic/School Coordinator, Admissions Counsellor, Parent Relationship Manager, Business Development Manager, Operations/Centre Manager)
