Indian CDP (Chef de Partie) –

- Prepare and cook Indian dishes as per standard recipes.

- Handle assigned Indian kitchen section independently.

- Maintain food quality, taste, presentation, and portion control.

- Ensure proper mise en place and timely preparation.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen section.

- Monitor stock and minimize food wastage.

- Guide and supervise Commis staff.

- Follow food safety and kitchen SOPs.

- Coordinate with senior chefs during service.

Indian DCDP (Demi Chef de Partie) –

- Assist CDP in preparing and cooking Indian dishes.

- Handle daily mise en place and section preparation.

- Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation.

- Assist in supervising Commis staff and kitchen helpers.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area.

- Check ingredients and report stock requirements.

- Follow standard recipes and food safety procedures.





- Minimize wastage and maintain proper storage.

- Support smooth kitchen operations during service.

Indian Commis-I –

- Assist in preparing and cooking Indian dishes.

- Perform basic cutting, chopping, grinding, and mise en place.

- Follow recipes and instructions from senior chefs.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work station.

- Ensure proper handling and storage of ingredients.

- Assist CDP/DCDP during food preparation and service.

- Maintain proper portion control and minimize wastage.

- Follow food safety and kitchen SOPs.

- Support other kitchen duties as assigned.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
