- Conduct Change Impact Assessments and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Drive Agile project delivery, coordinating across multiple teams to ensure timely and quality outcomes.
- Contribute to the successful execution of Genesys CX Migration projects and other Contact Centre domain initiatives.
