Job Role

- Position: CCTV Monitoring / Surveillance Executive

- Department: Security & Surveillance

- Employment Type: Full Time

- Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems continuously.

- Observe and report suspicious activities, security breaches, and safety hazards.

- Maintain detailed logs of incidents, alarms, and daily monitoring activities.

- Coordinate with security personnel during emergencies and incident response.

- Operate and monitor access control systems where applicable.

- Retrieve and preserve CCTV footage for investigations as requested by management.

- Ensure all CCTV equipment is functioning properly and report technical faults.

- Monitor fire alarm, intrusion alarm, and other security systems integrated with CCTV.

- Maintain strict confidentiality of surveillance footage and security-related information.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly surveillance reports.

- Follow company security procedures, policies, and standard operating guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

CCTV Monitoring





- Continuously monitor live CCTV feeds across assigned locations.

- Identify unusual or suspicious activities and report them promptly.

- Ensure proper surveillance coverage of critical areas.

Incident Management

- Record incidents, alarms, and security-related events accurately.

- Coordinate with security personnel during emergencies.

- Retrieve relevant CCTV footage when required for investigations.

Equipment & System Monitoring

- Check the operational status of CCTV cameras and surveillance systems.

- Report camera failures, connectivity issues, and other technical faults.

- Monitor integrated access control, fire alarm, and intrusion alarm systems.

Reporting & Compliance

- Maintain accurate surveillance logs and records.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring reports.

- Protect the confidentiality of CCTV footage and security information.

- Strictly follow company security procedures and operating guidelines.
