About the Role:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Catalogue Executive to ensure the accuracy, quality, and completeness of product catalogues across our online platforms. This role is critical in maintaining the brand’s credibility, improving customer experience, and optimizing product visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review and validate product catalogues uploaded on e-commerce portals (images, titles, descriptions, attributes, pricing, etc.)
- Ensure all catalogue data adheres to brand guidelines and marketplace standards (Myntra, Amazon, etc.)
- Identify and correct discrepancies in product information and images.
- Perform regular audits of live catalogues to catch and resolve errors proactively.
- Coordinate with catalogue team, content writers,



and photographers to correct and improve listings.
- Validate category mapping, filters, and SEO tags for optimal searchability.
- Document quality issues and share feedback with relevant stakeholders to improve catalogue processes.
- Work closely with the merchandising and marketing teams to ensure timely product launches.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
- 1–3 years of experience in catalogue quality, data validation, or e-commerce operations.
- Robust attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms (Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
- Good Excel/Google Sheets skills for data validation.
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy.
- Excellent written communication skills.

Nice to Have:

- Experience working with catalogue/content management systems (CMS).
- Knowledge of fashion/lifestyle product categories.
- Understanding of SEO basics for product catalogues.
