We are looking for an experienced and responsible Case Manager to join our team.

The Case Manager will be responsible for managing assigned clients, guiding them through each stage of the Visa, Work Permit (WP), and Permanent Residency (PR) process, coordinating documentation, and ensuring timely and professional communication with clients.

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage assigned client cases from onboarding to completion.
- Guide clients through the Visa, Work Permit (WP), and PR processes.
- Explain the process, requirements, timelines, and next steps clearly to clients.
- Review client documents and coordinate with the Processing Executive (PE) for file preparation.
- Follow up with clients for pending documents, information, and approvals.
- Maintain accurate client records and regularly update CRM/case status.
- Provide timely updates and resolve client queries professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely processing.
- Monitor each case and ensure all required actions are completed within the defined TAT.
- Identify and report urgent issues, risks, or client escalations to management.
- Follow company checklists, SOPs, processes, and communication standards.
- Ensure every assigned case progresses accurately and within the required timeline.




- Maintain professional communication and build strong relationships with assigned clients.

? Required Knowledge & Skills
- Australia & Canada immigration knowledge is MUST.
- Strong knowledge of Australia & Canada PR and Work Permit (WP) processes.
- Previous experience in Immigration / Visa Processing / Case Management will be preferred.
- Good understanding of immigration documentation and case requirements.
- Excellent English communication and client-handling skills.
- Robust follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously.
- Good knowledge of CRM, Excel/Google Sheets, and case tracking systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within defined timelines/TAT.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with CM, RE, PE, and other internal teams.
