About the Role

We are looking for a responsible, trustworthy, and hands-on Villa Caretaker to manage the day-to-day upkeep and guest requirements of a private villa listed on Airbnb and other vacation rental platforms.

The caretaker will be responsible for ensuring that the villa is clean, well-maintained, safe, and guest-ready at all times.

Key Responsibilities

- Take complete responsibility for the day-to-day upkeep of the villa.
- Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out.
- Attend to guest requirements and provide prompt assistance during their stay.
- Ensure the villa, rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, garden, swimming pool, and common areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Coordinate and supervise housekeeping staff, cooks, gardeners, security guards, and maintenance workers.
- Check the property before guest arrival and ensure all rooms and amenities are guest-ready.
- Manage linen, towels, toiletries, cleaning materials, and other villa supplies.
- Monitor inventory and inform the owner/manager when supplies need to be replenished.
- Coordinate with plumbers, electricians, AC technicians, pool maintenance teams, and other vendors when required.
- Report any damage, breakdown, maintenance issue, or missing item to the owner/manager immediately.
- Assist with food and beverage requirements of guests, where applicable.
- Maintain basic records of guest requirements, expenses, purchases, and maintenance.
- Ensure proper security of the property and its assets.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, service, and hospitality.




- Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate major issues to the property owner/manager.
- Ensure the property is properly secured after guest departure.
- Perform other duties related to the smooth operation of the villa.

Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience as a Villa Caretaker, Hotel Attendant, Resort Staff, Guest House Caretaker, House Manager, or similar role preferred.
- Hospitality experience will be an advantage.
- Should be trustworthy, responsible, and disciplined.
- Good communication and guest-handling skills.
- Should have basic knowledge of housekeeping and property maintenance.
- Ability to coordinate with local vendors and service providers.
- Should be comfortable working independently and handling emergencies.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones/WhatsApp is required.
- Driving licence and ability to drive a car/scooter will be an added advantage.
- Candidates from Alibaug, Panvel, Navi Mumbai, Raigad, or nearby areas may be preferred.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate should be a hands-on and dependable person who can take ownership of the villa, maintain the property in excellent condition, assist guests courteously, coordinate support staff, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
