About the Role:

The Career Counselor will be responsible for guiding prospective students, understanding their career aspirations, and recommending suitable programs offered by NIF Global. This role demands solid communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to convert inquiries into successful enrollments. Candidates with prior experience in aviation, hospitality, foreign university and high value education training sales will be given preference.

Role & responsibilities :

- Engage with walk ins, leads, and inquiries to understand their career goals and recommend appropriate courses.
- Conduct professional counseling sessionsboth in-person and telephonicto drive admissions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets through structured follow-ups and conversions.
- Maintain detailed records of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions using CRM tools.
- Participate in student orientation, seminars, workshops, and promotional events.
- Build strong rapport with students and parents to ensure trust and long-term engagement.




- Collaborate with the Centre Head and marketing team to optimize lead quality and conversion.
- Provide accurate information about courses, fees, career outcomes, and placement support.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and uphold NIF Globals brand values.

Desired Candidate's profile :

- Candidates with experience in premium education counseling or high-value training sales will be prioritized, especially from - Aviation & Hospitality Training Institutes: Frankfinn, Avlon, JT Aviation, Hotel Management Institutes: IIHM, NIPS, NSHM, ISHM, IT/Professional Training Institutes: NIIT, APTECH, Foreign University Sales : IDP Education, Global Reach, Edwise International, etc.
