? We’re Hiring – Carbon Markets | Multiple Positions

We are expanding our Carbon Markets team and are looking for motivated professionals to join us in Gurgaon / Indore.

? Open Positions1. Carbon Operations / Technical – 2 Positions

Key Responsibilities:

- Support carbon project development under standards such as Verra VCS, Gold Standard, CDM and other carbon mechanisms.
- Prepare and review Project Design Documents (PDD/PD), Monitoring Reports, GHG assessments, baseline studies and emission-reduction calculations.
- Support MRV, validation, verification and carbon registry processes.
- Assess applicability of methodologies, tools and carbon standard requirements.
- Coordinate with project proponents, auditors/VVBs and other stakeholders.

Preferred Background:

- B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech/M.Sc. in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Energy, Climate Studies, Mechanical/Chemical Engineering or related field.
- Freshers as well as candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience can apply.
- Understanding of carbon markets, GHG accounting, carbon standards and MRV frameworks would be an advantage.
- Robust analytical, documentation and communication skills.

2. Business Development – Carbon Markets – 2 Positions

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in carbon markets, carbon credits,



renewable energy certificates and climate advisory services.
- Engage with potential clients and understand their carbon project and sustainability requirements.
- Prepare proposals, presentations and commercial offers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporates, project developers and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate with the technical team for project assessment and client delivery.
- Track market developments and identify new opportunities in voluntary and compliance carbon markets.

Preferred Background:

- B.E./B.Tech/M.E./M.Tech/MBA/M.Sc. in Engineering, Environmental Studies, Energy, Climate Studies, Business, Marketing or related field.
- Freshers as well as candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience can apply.
- Interest or exposure to carbon markets, sustainability, renewable energy or climate consulting would be preferred.
- Strong communication, client-management and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and convert them into business opportunities.
