The Role
We're looking for a Campaign Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of digital campaigns across our out-of-home media portfolio. You'll work closely in assisting our internal sales team, clients and operations ensuring campaigns are executed accurately and on schedule. This is a great prospect for someone who is highly organised, proactive and interested in building a career in the media and advertising industry.
What You'll Do
- Maintain up to date and accurate client campaign data records in CRM system
- Complete client data integrity checks prior to contract generation
- Upload signed client contracts as required in CRM system
- Coordinate directly with clients to ensure campaign dates and artwork are approved in a timely manner
- Coordinate Proof of Play reports for clients
- Assist Sales & Operations teams with client complaints and/or service queries, including direct client communication
- Assist internal Operations team members with administrative tasks as required, including direct client communication
What You'll Bring
- Excellent, professional and confident verbal and written English communication skills
- Excellent organisational and problem solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy implementing data
- Trustworthy, reliable and diligent work ethic
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- High level computer skills in Microsoft Product Suite and CRM systems
- Prior advertising media, administration or customer service experience is an advantage
