We’re Hiring: Campaign Ops
Location: Mumbai (Freshers) / Gurgaon (Experienced)
Time: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Experience: 2+ years
FirstHive is looking for an experienced Campaign Manager to drive impactful marketing campaigns and help clients maximize their marketing ROI.
What you’ll do:
Plan, execute and optimize campaigns across Email, SMS, App/Web Push, Social Media and AdWords
Create audience segments and manage campaign targeting
Track campaign performance, KPIs and ROI
Conduct A/B testing and post-campaign analysis
Recommend campaign optimization based on data insights
Work closely with clients and internal teams
Support customer operations and prepare client presentations/reports
What we’re looking for:
2+ years of experience in campaign execution
Strong segmentation,
analytics and A/B testing skills
Basic knowledge of SQL and digital marketing
Experience with marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, WebEngage, CleverTap or similar
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving and multitasking abilities
