Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing influencer marketing campaigns from brief to post-campaign reporting, ensuring alignment with client objectives and brand guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and shortlisting suitable creators, coordinating campaign deliverables and timelines, managing communication among clients, creators, and internal teams, and tracking performance metrics.

The Campaign

Manager will oversee project schedules and budgets, prepare campaign proposals, and support sales efforts by contributing to pitches and presentations. The role also involves maintaining robust relationships with creators and clients, monitoring social media trends, and suggesting new ideas to enhance campaign impact and agency offerings.

- Experience in influencer marketing, social media platforms, and content-driven campaigns is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret campaign performance data and prepare clear reports and insights.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
