As we continue to expand our deployment, we are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Campaign Manager to oversee our production calling operations and ensure our AI campaigns run flawlessly.

Position Overview

As a Campaign Manager, your primary responsibility will be the end-to-end execution of automated calling campaigns. You will handle everything from preparing and data-scrubbing contact lists to launching campaigns on our proprietary Voice AI platform and monitoring real-time performance. This role is critical to ensuring high delivery rates, maintaining operational efficiency, and providing data-driven feedback to our product and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Campaign Setup & Execution: Format, clean, and segment large contact lists using advanced Excel techniques, and upload them into the Voice AI dialer/campaign management system.
- Production Monitoring: Monitor live outbound/inbound calling campaigns to ensure system stability, tracking key metrics such as call drop rates, answer rates, and AI latency.
- Data Integrity & Compliance: Ensure all contact lists comply with relevant telecommunication regulations (e.g., TCPA, GDPR, STIR/SHAKEN, or local guidelines) and internal data security policies.
- Troubleshooting: Act as the first line of defense for campaign anomalies,



such as sudden drops in connectivity or agent performance issues, and escalate technical glitches to the engineering team.
- Reporting & Analytics: Generate daily, weekly, and campaign-specific performance reports using Excel to highlight KPIs, conversion rates, and areas for optimization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Account Managers, Prompt Engineers, and Technical Support teams to align campaign schedules with client expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Advanced Excel Proficiency: Must be highly skilled in Excel (vlookups, index/match, pivot tables, data cleaning, and text-to-columns formulas) to manage complex data sheets efficiently.
- Strong Technical Aptitude: Excellent general computer skills, with a quick ability to learn proprietary software, CRM integrations, and cloud-based telephony tools.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal technical teams and clearly document operational issues.
- Analytical Thinking: A sharp eye for detail and numbers, with the ability to spot trends or anomalies in massive data sets.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced tech startup environment and handle shifting priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience working with dialers, call center technology, or VOIP systems.
- Familiarity with the AI, SaaS, or telecommunications industry.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
