Job Overview: We are looking for an energetic, soft-spoken, and communication-focused Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential leads, handling inbound inquiries, building client relationships, and driving sales conversions over phone and chat.

Key Responsibilities: Outbound calling to potential prospects and explaining products/services clearly. Handling client inquiries with patience, active listening, and a customer-centric approach. Following up regularly with warm leads to build solid rapport and close sales. Maintaining precise daily logs of calls, responses, and sales pipeline in CRM/Excel. Coordinating with the internal team to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience.

Key Requirements & Skills: Soft Skills: Excellent verbal communication, polite phone etiquette, and persuasive selling skills. Languages:



Proficiency in Hindi and conversational English. Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, outbound sales, customer care, or inside sales (Freshers with good communication are welcome). Education: Minimum 12th Pass or Bachelor’s Degree. Tools: Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools.
