Role Description The Calibration Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. This role is responsible for performing calibrations on a variety of mechanical and electrical instruments, ensuring they meet required standards, specifications, and regulatory guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing calibration procedures, conducting performance and functional tests, documenting test results, and preparing detailed calibration reports.

The Calibration

Engineer will troubleshoot issues, assist in root-cause analysis,



and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve testing and calibration processes. The role also involves maintaining calibration equipment, adhering to safety protocols, and communicating clearly with clients and internal stakeholders regarding findings and recommendations.

Qualifications

- Solid competency in Calibration and Testing, with the ability to perform accurate measurements and interpret results.
- Knowledge of Powertrain systems, including understanding of performance parameters and related test procedures.
- Foundational expertise in Electrical Engineering for handling electronic instruments and related diagnostic tools.
- Foundational expertise in Mechanical Engineering for working with mechanical systems, sensors, and precision components.
- Relevant technical degree or diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).
- Experience working in a calibration laboratory, testing facility, or similar quality-focused environment is beneficial.
- Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to follow standardized procedures.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively on-site with diverse teams.
