- Position: Cafe Staff / Cafe Associate

- Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly customer service.

- Explain menu options, food items, beverages, and available choices.

- Take and process customer orders accurately.

- Prepare coffee, tea, and specialty beverages.

- Plate and serve light snacks, pastries, and other food items.

- Operate POS systems and process cash, digital, and UPI payments.

- Maintain accurate billing and balance the cash drawer.

- Explicit tables and maintain cleanliness throughout the cafe.

- Sanitize counters, tables, and other customer-facing areas.

- Wash utensils and maintain clean service equipment.

- Keep the seating and front-of-house areas clean and organized.

- Restock displays, ingredients, beverages, and other supplies.

- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to management.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

- Greet customers politely and assist them with menu-related queries.

- Provide accurate information about available food and beverages.





- Ensure orders are taken and delivered accurately.

- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach.

Food & Beverage Preparation

- Prepare coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.

- Plate and serve snacks, pastries, and other light food items.

- Follow food preparation and hygiene standards.

Billing & Cash Handling

- Operate POS billing systems.

- Handle cash, UPI, and digital transactions accurately.

- Provide bills and receipts to customers.

- Balance the cash drawer as required.

Cleanliness & Maintenance

- Clear and reset tables.

- Sanitize counters, tables, and service areas.

- Wash utensils and maintain clean equipment.

- Keep the seating area tidy and hygienic.

Stock Management

- Restock front-of-house displays and supplies.

- Monitor inventory levels regularly.

- Report low-stock or shortage items to management.

- Maintain proper organization of food and beverage supplies.
