- Position: Cafe Staff / Restaurant Service Staff

- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly service.

- Answer customer questions about menu items and available options.

- Take accurate food and beverage orders.

- Operate the cash register and process customer payments.

- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages.

- Prepare basic food items, snacks, and assemble customer orders.

- Clear, wipe down, and reset tables after customer use.

- Wash dishes, cutlery, and other utensils.

- Clean and maintain kitchen and service equipment.

- Restock food, beverage, and service supplies as required.

- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization throughout the cafe.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

- Welcome customers and assist them with menu-related queries.

- Take orders accurately and ensure timely service.





- Maintain a polite and skilled approach while interacting with customers.

Food & Beverage Preparation

- Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages.

- Prepare basic snacks and food items.

- Assemble orders according to requirements.

- Maintain proper food quality and hygiene standards.

Billing & Payments

- Operate the cash register or POS system.

- Process cash and digital payments accurately.

- Provide customers with bills and receipts.

Cleaning & Hygiene

- Clear and reset tables regularly.

- Wash dishes, cutlery, and kitchen utensils.

- Clean equipment and work areas.

- Maintain overall cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Stock Management

- Restock food, beverages, and other supplies.

- Keep service areas organized.

- Inform the supervisor about low-stock items or supply requirements.
